1.      HXNY2010年运动会将于6月6日下午12PM-5PM在Chappaqua高中举行。希望全校学生老师家长踊跃报名参加比赛、义务当裁判员。HXNY 2010 Track and Field Game will be at Horace Greeley High School, Chappaqua

2.      请参加运动会的学生上网报名，只需要报姓名，不需要报项目。Please register on line as soon as you can. 

3.      家长、老师（和学生）可以在星期天到PTA处（AAB 116）买午餐券时报名。Please purchase lunch tickets at AAB 116.

4.      报名截止日期是5月24日11:59PM，比赛前没有临时报名。 Registration will end at 11:59PM on May 24, 2010.  Registration at the site will not be allowed.

5.      同年出生的男（女）生在一个男（女）子组比赛。Competitions will be held in the same age groups.

6.      每个年龄组各有6 项比赛项目，报名的人可以参加所有6 项比赛。There are 6 events.  Everyone can participating in 6 events.

7.      每组比赛前三名有奖牌，奖牌一律在运动会结束时发。The first 3 of each age group will receive the metals by the end of the game.

8.      请愿意当裁判的家长到PTA处登记，注明自己的姓名，和（一个）孩子的姓名，以便于查询。我们需要20名裁判。We need 20 referees for the events.  Please register with PTA if you are willing to be a referee.

Click on “Register”. You will see the “Select an event” pull down menu. Select “HX Track Field Game”. You will see the following:

Enter the required information accordingly and then press the Register button.  Note：Both Email address and Cell Phone Number  will not be displayed to protect your privacy.  We need to collect Cell Phone Numbers for emergency on that day to reach the parents.

Please verify the registration by click on “List” and then select the same event. You should see the name, age and sex fields only.
