On-Line Registration Instruction

 

Select On-Line Registration from the School main page or visit https://reg.hxcsny.org.

 

Enter your email address (the guardian) as the family account ID and the password, click on Login to sign in.

 

Once you successfully login into the system, the family and student information will be shown on the page.  Please verify all the information first.

 

Edit Family Account Information/Password/Student Information.  All the current children have been pre-loaded into the system as students.  It is also necessary for you (the parents) to be listed in the Student List to sign up for adult classes next year.  If you do not see you name in the student list, please take a minute to add yourself into the student list.  The Date of Birth (DBO) is optional for adult students.

 

·         If you need to change the family information, click on the “Edit Family Info” button.  Click on the “Update” when done.

·         If you would like to change your password (strongly recommended), click on the “Edit Login Info”.  Click on the “Update” when done.

·         If you need to update the student information, click on the “Manage Student Info” button.  Click on the “Update” when done.

 

Register for classes:

 

• To register classes, click on “Register Class” button.
• Pick a student from your family student Dropdown list (选择学生).

After a student is picked, you need to complete three more pieces of information for each class Select classes (课程):

• Class by Term / School Year.
• Choose “07-08 School Year (07-08 学年班)” for children’s language and culture classes.
• Choose “07 Fall (07 秋季班)” for adult classes.
• Type (类别): 2-hour language class, 3 hour language class, one hour culture class, and adult class
• Session (课程): choices vary based on the class type
• Existing students shall only be enrolled to the next grade with the same class assignment.  For example, Grade 4 Class 2 students can only move up to Grade 5 Class 2. Failing to do so may delay your enrollments.
• When you are done with all the students, click on ”Print Receipt (打印注册凭据)” button to print the receipt.  Print two copies of the receipt.  Please follow the instruction on the receipt to mail us a check by including one copy of the receipt and keep the second receipt for yourself as a record.  Printing receipt is always available if you can not get a printout on the spot.
